Terms of Service

SpawnScore lets you browse video games and movies, see critic and audience scores, and rate, review and track the games you play and the movies you watch. Browsing is free and needs no account. To rate, review or keep lists you need an account, and you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password private, and tell us at support@spawnscore.in if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You own the reviews, ratings and other content you post. By posting, you give SpawnScore a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, store and show that content on the site (for example on game and movie pages and your profile) for as long as it stays on SpawnScore. You can edit or delete your reviews at any time.

When you post, you agree not to:

• post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or defamatory;
• share someone else’s personal information, or impersonate anyone;
• post spam, advertising, or fake or paid reviews;
• reveal major spoilers without marking your review as containing spoilers;
• copy content you don’t have the right to share.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. To report content, email us with a link to it.

Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, access other people’s accounts, or collect data from SpawnScore with bots or scrapers without our permission.

Game details, images, trailers and some scores come from third parties such as IGDB (Twitch), Steam and YouTube, and community scores come from our users. We show them in good faith but can’t guarantee they are complete, current or accurate. Trademarks and game artwork belong to their owners.

Movie information, posters and photos come from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. IMDb, Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic scores are provided through OMDb, and streaming availability in India by JustWatch. These are trademarks of their owners, who are not affiliated with SpawnScore.

“Where to play” links take you to other stores, whose own terms and prices apply. Some links may be affiliate links, which means SpawnScore may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you.

The News page shows headlines, short summaries and images from game and film publications and official Steam announcements. They belong to their publishers, and every story links to the original article on the publisher’s site.

SpawnScore is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, SpawnScore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email account holders about significant changes. You can stop using SpawnScore and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. For anything else, read our Privacy Policy or contact us.
